Over time, humans have selectively bred one plant species, the wild mustard plant, to give us 6 subspecies, each giving a different vegetable.

I only truly like broccoli from these. I’ll eat cabbage and cauliflower in the right contexts though. I also haven’t tried kohlrabi before so that’s a thing.

Three; cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli. I have never tried kohlrabi though.

I have eaten them all, but cauliflower is probably my favorite pick along with broccoli in this case. Cabbage is something I enjoy more during winters.

pretty sure i had teh k thing in Korea.
kale i would not choose to eat.
Brussel sprouts i liked as an adult after we started roasting over steam or boil.
the rest i will eat any time , bu t i almost Never buy veggies or fruit they just go bad too fast to bother with.

I love all.
Hated kale but now I just toss them in the last few minutes when I roast veggies. They become more fun.

I pretty much only buy frozen veggies for the same reason, especially the boxed ones that are already buttered/sauced.
