hours of sleep do you tend to get? for me usually like 7 to 5 and a half, but i've been sleeping more like 5 to 4 hours recently.

@emanresu 1st of many fr u

[blueberries]

I'll try to keep it between 7 and 8, that's ideal for me, if I don't sleep enough or too long I will be pretty tired, more tired if I sleep too long though anything close to 9 or over is big no no for me. Sometimes I get just 5 to 6 though and I'm able to function with that as long as I can get enough sleep next night.

[bulletproof]

i used to sleep like 5 hours every night two years ago, but now *insert grandma voice* i m old so without 8 hours of sleep i can t function
it s a pain to get up in the morning to go to work and i yawn the entire day if i m sleepy
well i m sleepy the entire day anyway but still, i need sleep

[Emanresu]

How can I answer questions when Angel Yeonwoo's adorable self is in front of me?

MY MIND IS MUSH!

[Soleski]

Mostly 5 or 6 hours. I always promise myself that i am going to bed in time to sleep at least 7 hours but i just cant do it. being sleppy in class is horrible

[Emanresu]

But yes...

Nearly the same as you. Around 6 - 8 hours.

[Sory]

I need a good 8h of sleep to be in shape the next day. But these last nights, I'm lucky if I can sleep 2h in a row with my anxiety that keeps me awake.

Between 6-7

[Blacklily96]

5-7, horrible sleep hygiene with my laptop on my nightstand which I usually use until I pass out. Also my chair is uncomfortable so I use the bed for writing stuff on my laptop either way.

[baekk]

During the week, probably 3 or 4 hours, I know it's really bad. I have a really busy schedule
Weekend 5-6 hours

[Wicked]

3 to 5 hours if I have to wake up early. About 6 to 8 if I can sleep in. I struggle with insomnia and it doesn't let me fall asleep quickly at all and I can't stay asleep for too longer either.

[lexus]

It all depends on the day I guess. Sometimes I sleep for over 8 hours, other times I sleep for 6-7 hours.

[Wingfrost]

Usually 6-8 hours :pandasleep:

[ZYC]

8 hours is ideal for me but I can only sleep for 3 - 5 hours in school days. Bcuz I'm a nightowl.

[dooh]

[Discipline]

I tend to aim for 8+ hours but with the increase of work that i’ve had, it falls down to 6-8 hours.
