No matter how late i sleep i wake up early asf???

wish i could relate ;; its not that bad in the spring and summer, i usually wake up around 8/9, but i cant function in the winter its like my whole body shuts down and refuses to do anything ew

I go to sleep so early, to the point where if it gets to 11pm and I’m still awake my body gets confused.

For me Methamphetime usually does the trick..

But seriously it's not that hard. I've been known to, on occasion, stay up for 18-22 hours without sleep. Some people can make due with 6 hours of sleep and base their circadian rhythm of such a thing.

edit: My rhythm tends to be f--d up though since I will usually wake up every few hours to piss and sometimes can't get back to sleep.

how about getting up at 4am? lol Actually, I was up at like 2:30 this morning bc of a dream I had. lol it wasn't even that bad a dream - it was actually pretty sweet tbh - but it did cause Dynamite to earworm its way into my head and completely wake me up. lol

If you stay at home all day, you don’t feel tired hence you tend to sleep late
