lol i do not have a cell phone .... so no texting.

although my boss is threating to not let me take vacation to Korea unless i buy one, but i have zero desire to carry one around p.

i told my mom i love her but not enough to carry a phone around all the time.

She did give me a flip phone one year for Christmas like 15- 20 years ago but i think i used 10 of teh minutes . i really really do not like em.

i refuse to be on call to the world 24- 7.

besides an unlocked phone is like a 1000.00 then i have to buy a plan ect its a huge hassle.

i know they are a great tool its just they have captured ppls lives and they cant exist without one.
Hence my boss wanting me to have one so they feel comfortable.

I just see all the negative's. So its clearly a me issue :)

there are much cheaper phones. you don't have to get the newest iphone

But anyways, if you don't feel comfortable having one, it's for the best to not get it

un locked is a phone you can take to any service provider ie Mint mobile, t mobile , Verizon ect.
locked phones are those you get when ya sign with a provider.
i would get an android/ samsung .. i also really really do not like apple :)

if i have to buy one i would like one that will last for a significate period of time and i have alot of music which i would upload to it. .. i would like decade but folks tell me that is crazy talk.

in the US when ya buy a plan the cost of the phone is hidden in there. ( which is why they want the old ones back cuz they resell them )
outside the US you pay full price for the phones and the plans are cheaper.
