Yeah i have those too but I wanna avoid the excess sugar. Just generally keeping anything down atm is tough. Couldnt keep water down when it first started >.>
I got some veggie broth my neighbor made me. Pacing myself one sip per minute


o: im prescribed an antibiotic and a cough syrup. Plus they said i could take tylenol if i develop a fever or cramps but i think ill avoid atm since i need food and well my stomach is saying nope to most of everything. veggie broth is slowly working tho

I kinda had the same symptoms, but it wasn’t food poisoning. Everything still tastes like s**t.
