it was the first time in a while that i felt okay.
i still get the mood swings and cry easily.
but i realized that nothing i do or think will matter. so i might as well just laugh about it and move on.

someone cares about me, and for the first time im not struggling to doubt it.
i feel okay right now.

but i feel one of these days i can feel good again. i don't know why it feels so hard to just say "yeah, i had a good day." but its okay because everyone has their times.

It's ok to have a good day when nothing good happened! Good days will come again, often we have to look for them or they quietly pass us by. Everyone who responds cares about you.

Today I ran erands, realize the stuff I ordered went to my old address and I'm positive that they new owners are going to keep them... I got to spend the day with my dog who's super depressed and antisocial on days I work. I also realized that I'm a terrible K-pop fan.

I had to give an oral presentation while a fire alarm was going off in another building at my college. Both cause me severe panic. The bad thoughts are back again. I ended up making cheeseburgers for dinner and I was craving them badly

My area received a serve tornado warning and my entire school went into shelter in place. The electricity went out in the entire school and we all sat in the hallway. Then I couldn't call my mom because was at work and we really need to money rn because she lost her phone the other day and she had to get a new one out of the money she was saving. So then I had to stay in school the entire day doing nothing. My day is usually made at least a little interesting by walking around and seeing my crush but he wasn't at school so I sat in class doing absolutely nothing. Then the teachers came by and gave each other pizza in front of my face while I was STARVING. Then when I was finally on the bus to go home, my school ID badge fell and I walked all around my bus stop to find it but I couldn't find it. Now I have 10 assignments to finish tomorrow because I forgot to do them last Monday and it just started building up.

yeah, i got too used to eating those kinds of foods anything slightly heavier immediately makes me sick.

It was ok. I pulled an all-nighter. Then took a nap at noon. But I hadn't eaten at all, and I feel really tired. (I did have some noodles a while ago) I'm gonna have a protein shake and then go buy some food and then work hard bc there's a lot I wanna do

Oh I slept like 5 hours from noon but if I keep sleeping and not eating I'm going to keep feeling tired and end up sleeping like an additional 13 hours

one of my goals this semester is to eat and sleep enough though

But I really want to get a full time job at a games company before I'm 21
