To the point I barely eat one meal a day now. I just don't feel like it a lot, especially when I am depressed.
And I have been severely anorexic before years ago.

The hospital had to feed me for two weeks once it was that bad, to gain my regular weight back.

I know I am heading down that path again slowly, but I just can't find it in me to eat when I need to : /

and a part of me just doesn't care either. : (

Your body need the nutrients even if it doesn't feel like it. It may sound weird but for me I see the point better if I imagine the nutrients kind of going through the body and making it stronger. Doubt that would work for most people but it might be worth a shot.

Maybe you could think of sth to eat that is easy and semi fast to get down so eating wouldn't feel so tedious? Like yoghurt drinks or sth else you can just gulp down maybe soup? Some kind of fruits? Something rly good?

Maybe you could think of sth to eat that is easy and semi fast to get down so eating wouldn't feel so tedious? Like yoghurt drinks or sth else you can just gulp down maybe soup? Some kind of fruits? Something rly good?
That's a good idea actually and I used to. But when I stopped having the motivation and sleeping too much, It kind of slipped away from under me.

Hello!! Try eating your fave things first, set alarms and have snacks constantly!! I believe this would help greatly, but afterall im not a medical expert so still take care of yourself T^T

I try to have snacks more often yeah.
