Yes, I give myself such anxiety

Sometimes I'm really chill about something, and then later it takes a while for me to digest what I did, and that it's embarrassing, and then I start fretting though it's been a while too

Yep this is exactly what I do too and then I think about it all the time and think about a better way after it happens

It doesn't help that I'm pretty impulsive, so the second one happens so much, I don't care in the moment and sometimes don't think, but then I overthink afterwards

I someone that constantly feels embarrassed about everything, even stuff I did when I was like 5.

It's better (and healthier and funner) to just accept that you're embarrassing and find equally embarrassing peeps than change
