I keep forgetting everyone's ages why? (1 Viewer)

I got my friends wrong the other day, then my half siblings, but I never see them to be fair at all.
Then I got my grandfathers age wrong and my grans.

I am losing it... My memory has been shocking lately, even for me.
I am getting too old for this : /

I always have to write everything down and at my age, that's not good at all.
I feel like my mother and she is twice my age lol

Ngl that might just be bcs ages aren't that important to you.
I forget ages ALL THE DAMN TIME, because well... I don't think about them much. They aren't relevant to me.

I know my dad is 50, bcs he just had his 50th birthday, but I only know one of my brothers is in his early 20s and the other in his late 20s.

If it is just ages you are forgetting this might be your case too, if you are forgetting other shiz as well.... well I can't really help or give advice.

Its a bit of everything really. I think maybe my medication has something to do with it.
they relax the mind or are supposed too. Sedate it.

I do remember before I started taking meds in 2007 my memory was sharp as a tack.
They do all sorts of awful things to a person : /

Ooof that definitely does sound tough.... Maybe you can talk about changing the meds or smth like that if memory really is becoming a problem.

Sometimes I find it hard remembering that some people on here are minors because they seem to be driven to 18+ threads like moths to a light

I can never win. One thing goes good, while the rest suffers.
I take two anti-psychotics and an anti-depressant.

my mind is all over the shop, so my memory is ofc going to take the grunt of that.
Just wish I had another choice, instead of being medicated.

You deserve better than needing to rely on meds.
