There is a sliver of hope but unless a miracle happens most are headed for the dust bin of kpop.

The pandemic handling in both countries will play a part too.

like i am positive the J line would LOVE to be part of the AKS representatives to the Olympics if it actually goes forward.

i see 2 possible good outcomes.
a.) the project works and they get some sort of lasting status or at the very least a decent Farwell so the image of the girls hyperventilating while trying to talk is not the lasting image of IZONE. I would put best care here of a late fall comeback.

b.) a medium size spin off group. My choice would be the 01's Wollimz and Yena. ( betting on starship and wm being the Korean hold outs)
Not very confident in Nako leaving HKT. Although the grad system gives the AKS girls some crazy power and flexibility I think Sakura and Nako feel a debt to hkt/aks, but both may be merch enough to grab an offer in Korea if its better/ structured right ie gives them some time in japan or a chance to leave gracefully. Especially since it looks like no election for a third year and no theater or single activity.


i find it pretty darn awful that some of the agencies who cheated the most still have so much to gain.
