At first glance they both look grey, but I used my hand to cover up the rest of the image and the pills seem slightly tinted blue/purple-ish(???) and red, but I don't know if I cheated by covering it up

Now I can distinctly see the red-colored pill without covering it up, but it's hard to see the blue-purple-grey.

The first one is blue-ish gray while the second one is a pinkish-brown color.

I have a weird but mild off-form of color blindness when it comes to focusing on colors in certain things like this so my view on this might be skewed but like... I just see the same shade of grey on both of them
