25 years ago i woke up on the couch { truth be told i was playing everquest and just crashed (i had left the tv on)] and saw the president on split screen.
Watched the 2nd hit.
Was calling friends and family from 630 am ish .

My friends and i got tickets to game 2 (the one with the B2 flyover) i think there were as many FDNY shirts as Yankee.
For a time the rest of the country didn't hate NY.
The country was never the same.

Started a new job later the month and had to fly to Texas to train. The airports were a mess.
the next summer we went to amusement parks and ppl were still afraid to be out.

seen some inflection points

did watch the moon landing
out of country for Reagan getting shot

Much of the reason i am into kpop is to add fun happy music and memories to balance out.

I was also watching TV when an acquaintance came into the room and changed the channel because something was going on. Saw the second tower fall live and felt the world change, it's not as personal to me as a none-American but I got to live through the change that came after and it definitely impacted all of us not just in the USA.

My condolences to those affected or who know someone affected by the event, may something like that never happen again.
