yea he's great. imo loads more talented than holland and i hope he gets the recognition he deserves. i just think it's kind of unfair to paint holland as a liar when he might've been talking about the idol scene. the entire korean music industry isn't just the idol scene. i brought up rappers bc there is a distinction between an idol rapper and a rapper. and its the same distinction holland might've been using. ig to me it should depend on how he acknowledges mrshll if anyone points it out to him. but just from him saying he's the first gay kpop idol i don't think he's trying to deceive people by not acknowledging mrshll. he might not even be aware of mrshll.

i get it. he seems more of an activist than an artist, but i don't really think that's inherently a bad thing. if ppl want to boost him for being so loud about being gay they can. if ppl give up on him bc he's not releasing good music they can also do that and he'll learn it the hard way. but i'm sure he's passionate about music as well, tho he's not my cup of tea. i just think you and him have different perspectives on his career. i think he's releasing the music that can help him push and depict a specific message and he's satisfied with that.
