As a kid I loved times like 3:33 and 5:55 and so on. But because of where I live I was limited to 6 times: 1:11, 2:22, 3:33, 4:44, 5:55, and 11:11. But Europeans (at minimum, not sure about other places) got two extra times, 22:22 and 0:00. So unfair, I was cheated out of the extra bit of happiness Though it did also make the first time I saw the time turn 0:00 extra special.

you could also join the army to use military time but since they are so restrictive with health conditions that's prob not an option either
(like since I can't even join the national guard bc of ADHD we were talking abt this earlier)

Oh yeah I’m 100% ineligible to join the army. Hell, I can’t even donate blood, which is a lot of steps down security wise (for most people)

I couldn't donate blood only for being too young bc my high school had a blood drive and by the time I got old enough covid happened (it was either 16 or 17 with parents permission, wtv age it was, I wasn't old enough)

after that though I have not looked into requirements to donate blood, tho I have that thing on my license where if I die they can sell my organs or wtv

You have to be able to be off meds for a year AND off meds be able to have normal academic and other performance and I can't ... I need my meds

Ah that sucks, bad timing. I have the organ thing too, not sure they’d be able to use them as readily as someone who didn’t take meds, considering that with blood I’m ineligible in 2 ways minimum I believe and organs aren’t completely different. But maybe not.

oh do meds ruin organs too? Like your liver and your eyes?

also making me wonder about blind people's eyes, that's an eye thing right? But colorblindness and face blindness like you have is neurological and not the eyes themselves right? I don't know actually, I don't know enough biology to speak about this

Understandable, I had two bulged discs in my back, I was 27 and they handed me a pen and showed me where to sign. I didn't do it though. I will always wish I had. It probably would have been horrible though. That was way before I understood my ADD and I was seriously depressed and mentally unstable...

They can definitely affect organs. I don’t know details, but I’d imagine depending on the combination you take It would affect various organs in different ways. Probably something for everything, as in some medications to alter the function of every organ in the body
I think (based off a 5 second google search) blindness tends to be an eye or nerve issue, because in the cases where it’s a brain issue, the brain heals itself by rewiring and gets sight back to some level. Prosopagnosia seems to be a brain thing, they aren’t sure but it seems like part of the brain isn’t functioning as well or at all on face blind people vs others. Especially since getting a brain injury can cause face blindness, so it seems like it’s probably a difference of functioning in the brains. As to why the brain can’t rewire itself in that case I’m not sure If it’s a birth thing maybe because it doesn’t know better but if it’s acquired I don’t really know, though I guess not all brain injuries fully heal

Oh as for color blindness that seems to be an either or thing, eyes or brain

Gotta keep those numbers up am I right? And I would always alter between wanting to and not wanting to for certain reasons, none of which involve wanting to die for my country or whatever

I didn't include those because it isn't all the same number I know you guys use "military time" as we call it in the US. To be fair my phone was set to military time for a long time but I had grown out of the "oooh look it's all the same number" by then.
