And I survived somehow

It was a cousins trip with my oldest cousin's family who used to be Army, then Marine, now retired from active duty.
Several of his currently active Marine friends joined us and let me tell you. They will push you till you cry.
I didnt cry once so that's a plus. I did pull the girl card and it worked sometimes x.x
We did 3 hikes at each major stop and I wanted to go back with my cousin wife after getting to 2 miles the first time. She was let go because she had a toddler to feed.
The rest of us were not given grace. These guys would literally push you up the hill.

Nina's trauma part 2
I eat meat but don't cook with meat. One of the guys had me deconstruct a whole chicken.
idk how i didnt throw up. I'm a pampered city girl. Judge me all you want. That was traumatizing.

Which leads me to trauma 3
I hate bugs especially giant bugs. I knew we would be surrounded by them because obv we're camping.
What's not fun is being chased around by my cousin who caught a grasshopper.
Im okay. im fine.

And finally trauma 4.
When we got back to my cousin's house, we went boating in their lake and they fished (trauma 5).
And then one of the guys threw me in the lake. I cant swim.

I say trauma in a joking manner by the way because I had so much fun. This was an incredible trip.
My cousin's friends were super chill.
One of the guys and I were in charge of grocery runs every day where we would sneak to the nearest sports bar for wifi and to catch up on the olympics

I wanna go back. I hate reality and working.​

Idk what the FBI would want from a fish from Neptune disguised as a human. I'm innocent i swear!!!!
I know they wouldnt let me drown but that was pretty scary. I've tried learning how to float and swimming but it's all a mental game for me. Hasn't worked out so far.

The Nite sky was amazing. This was Powell well before California sucked up all the waters from the colorado lakes.
The high desert at night is crazy.
Powell, canyonlands, Moab ect all so beautiful
