What would be your concept? What type of genre would you have? How would you run your company? Would you be willing to make decisions that the GP may not like?
Would you just recruit male or female or both? Would you try to build your company up over time or overnight?
There are many things you'll have to consider, especially if you'll build a company that the GP would most likely be opposed off, so would you try to appeal to the international fanbase and then appeal to Korea? Or would you do it the other way round?

I will tell you what I would do and I would love someone to do this one day although it probably would never happen.

I'd make an LGBTQ company and have both male and female trainees.
This company would have an LGBTQ story concept that would just be stories involving gay, lesbian and even trans. I would also have every single trainee have any kind of attraction to the same gender as they would relate more to the MV's they would be in.

Since hardly anyone will come out in Korea, I would somehow find trainees through a secret invitation and of course, this type of thing would need leverage from certain places to find them.

Although I say that the MV's will be LGBTQ, it doesn't mean that there will be any physical contact and the groups and soloists who come from the company will represent in a good light.

The MV's will portray struggles, happiness, deceit, etc and give out a strong message in each video.

I will first make a Girl Group, of course, and then I will eventually debut a Boy Group or female/male soloist, probably not too long after.

I have yet to think of what genre of music I would have, maybe something different for all of my groups and soloists.

I would also try to find ways to bring in idols from other companies who are in somewhat popular groups and soloists to collab in the MV's.

The training regime wouldn't be too many long hours (I mean, all through the night and early morning), it would be from 8 or 9 am to evening and that is of course including breaks in between.

Their diet, of course, has to be strict but not that strict that they would starve themselves. They would just need to eat the right kind of food to be able to handle being an entertainer, though they would also be allowed certain snacks as long as they wouldn't go overboard and they knew their limits.

The idols I would have would be extremely talented and likable (They would have to if they want to succeed in a conservative Korea)

I would also probably try to build up an international fanbase first for the GG and then focus on Korea as it would be hard for Korea to accept straight away.

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this description of the company I would create. Please let me know on what type of company you would create and also let me know what you think of my company.

I would probably focus more on music and artistry, have artists that write their own stuff and are very involved with their craft. It wouldbe pretty small and close-knit company, with artist within company making lot of collabs together. Possibly would start with band instead of dance group. Strong solo focus as well, trying to find fitting opportunities for individual artists.

hehe there are better ways to waste money. Like start a restaurant.

But if i had more ego than sense and a boatload of money. I would start small foot the entire training cost maybe have a smaller split for the first 2 years because of that.

Fun happy music if you want dark emo or goth go elsewhere. The job is making folks life more enjoyable not dwelling on the suck.
