probably the same as now besides foods that need to be cooked because i'd have to learn to cook at first

Its not bad, the problem comes when i eat take out or go out to eat to often.
now i am paying the price for that.
i pretty much eat hamburger patties, pork of some sort, steak, eggs, nuts and cheese.

I`m living alone rn.

I eat overnight oats for breakfast (I prepare it the evening before, so I can just add toppings in the morning - its fast and tasty)
for lunch I meal prep on sunday my 5 lunches for work.
and for dinner, I just make it when I`m home after work.
