All of the other members are those who have donated to the site. While Vikki applied to be a Moderator and now is an Administrator.

So, if you become a donor, you can also have the option in your Settings to customize your title than what the site gave you and add an emoji icon next to your name.
In case you are worried and wondering, you don't have to donate a lot to get the perks. The lowest amount you are willing to pay is fine.
