March comeback is definitely happening don’t worry. When people were getting tickets, they were offered an option about getting an album to go with it, and it said that it would count for billboard charts. Also Chinese blinks a lot of the time know more then regular blinks and they already have enough money to buy at least 10k albums. Also the concerts in the west have all been listed to be 3 hours and the concert is usually 2 hours. So the March comeback, or a comeback before the western tour starts is definitely happening.
