I think it is and I understand how easily it is to gain those regrets. My only wish is that, to those who develop regrets, remember that you have the power to change the outcome. The little things you do on a daily basis, they matter and are important.

I kind of needed this. Sometimes I overthink my past mistakes even when everyone else forgot about them a long time ago, and it doesn’t feel good. I’ll try to keep that in mind.

I agree, I also think people don't realize how important it is to learn from the regrets and the mistakes they have made. Life is a constant learning experience of trial and error, it's always important that we are constantly learning and bettering ourselves even if the decisions we made to get to that point weren't in our best interest.

Imo regrets are important bc the ppl who have actually no regrets never learn and are jerks all their life

you can’t change the past but you can and should have regrets and feel bad about things you’ve done wrong so you can reflect

and then learn from them and do better later rather than regrets stopping you from living life
