BBC released a statement earlier saying Yeojin fainted and that an altitude difference is to blame which while can be true doesn't cover the full story which has multiple of the girls with problems throughout their tour bringing them down to just 7 members on stage at one point with one of them being Haseul who has been performing wearing a sling

Touring is hard work, yet it can be the best money for everyone involved. ( there is a reason many musicians use a boat load of drugs)
i understand bbc is broke, and this may be one of the few ways all the members can get real income.

Without knowing each members financial needs it hard to blame them. and rescheduling may not be an option. venues are not happy when ppl cancel ect.

Chuu was actually looking forward to the tour so it wasn't her own decision to stay behind although from what has happened it seems like she got the better end of the stick
