Most of the main and popular groups cards are out. Which means every expansion will be weaker than the last. Which also means hype will die completely.

Also as more and more users complete their favorite groups sets there wont be as much drive to collect other groups.

Nothing lasts forever. I think it's time to accept the card game is played out and kpopsource will not be able to recover with no new incentive to post.

2021 is looking like kpopsource last year of operation :(

while I agree with you that it is not AS POPULAR AS it was in the beginning when people were really hyped - you can see that a lot of people are not into the third batch as much as they were into first two and rerolling is a thing now - there will always be users that want to "collect them all" or at least one or two groups from each batches. there will always be new, young, beautiful and talented people coming and getting into it.
KS is small, maybe it will stay that way or maybe it won´t, who knows.
and sometimes there is a HUGE influx of activity like during Valentines.

theres plenty of users collecting groups they dont stan though, and with new groups debuting and trending every other week (brave girls, stayc, idk) im sure content wont be much of a problem. keeping users invested on the other hand.. but cards team has been doing a great job coming up with fun events so

i think at least 5 bg sets haven't come out that i would collect, not to mention all of the girl group cards i haven't collected t hat i want to. i think people like you and me wouldn't run out of sets as long as they keep r eleasing them
