Their situation pretty much just shows how greedy people and companies have it out for successful groups coming from lesser known companies. The producer of Cupid ( from The Givers) had the copyrights transferred / bought it in secret, to him from the original 3 Swedish producers and reduced the %shares of one of the members from 40% to 5%. He somehow convinced the members that their CEO from their original company is the evil guy in all of this but he just wanted to take all the money for himself without thinking about the consequences. That's one part of the whole ordeal.

The other thing was the members themselves filing a report against ATTRACT for not following what was written in their contracts with payments, disclosing private things to the public without their consent (like the surgery one of the members had shortly before everything went down).

It's even more crazy thinking about ATTRACT's CEO begging the producer from The Givers to help out and produce music before their debut. Entrusting most of the members management to The Givers as well.

I feel so bad for the members, being in the middle of all, being dragged left and right to try to reign in support for either side.
It's pretty much over for them right? There's barely any chance to revive from this as a group, as FIFTY FIFTY. Best situation would be for them to be able to terminate their contracts and start over somewhere else or just stop being an idol depending on how the members are feeling.

These issues are wild.
Hopefully, they won't discourage the group from disbanding; but if the group decides to be out of the industry because they now know the ugly truth about one of the many terrible things that happens with a label, it's completely understandable since they won't want to possibly get burned again by hypothetically joining a second label.

Yea it seem most of Korea has turned on em.
the givers do not care about Korea and think they can just use them globally.
But the Girls would have to be plain nuts to trust the guy.

There is no money to be had cuz he stole all the rights ( dispatch claims he forged the og artists sigs) and killed all the adds or side projects.
They have no contract with the givers so they have no claim on the money.
The rappers share is .5 ie half of a percent the rest of it is all owned by teh givers team 95 % by the pd.
and he has just come out admitting to lots of professional lies ect.
