She and SNSD are the poster children why kids and the parents will let their 10-12 year olds start training.

Jessica Hyoyeon Yoona Yuri Seohyun and Sooyoung all started training in 2000-2002 more towards 00 since most are listed with 7 years training.
Sunny also trained that long but not at sm the whole time.
all of snsd are born in 89 except Sooyoung Yoona 90 and Seohyun 91.

heck they approached Jessica's family over Krystal who is 94 and was all of 5 or 6 at the time.

Pretty much all but Tiffany trained that long. Taeyeon was in some private training and didnt officially join unill 03

this is what i found fast.

With snsd debut on aug 5 2007 the math back is easy :)

1. Jessica {7 years, 6 months} april 18 89 so Jessica was 10 for 2 months

2. YoonA {7 years, 2 months} may 30 90 yoona was barely 10

3. Seohyun {6 years, 6 months} june 28 91 was nine for a few months if that is right. started training feb 2001

4. Sooyoung {6 years, 3 months} feb 10 90 may 2001 so 11

5. Hyoyeon {6 years, 1 month} sept 22 89 july 2001 also 11

6. Yuri {5 years, 11 months} dec 5 89 sept 2001 almost 12

7. Taeyeon {4 years, 3 months} march 9 89 may 03 a whole 14

8. Tiffany {3 years, 7 months} aug 1 89

9. Sunny {9 Months} sept 15 89
