hope she feels better soon! I almost threw my back out walking my dog one icy day (thank God it was just badly bruised), so I can feel her pain. it's hard to do anything with an injured back!

oh, and I can also relate to the herniated disc. My bestie had one once, and she ended up having surgery for it. But I really hope surgery isn't the case for our leader! iirc bestie's injury put her out for a good while. (take this with a grain of salt, though - it was years ago lol)
