IVE is my new favorite girl group!!!! (1 Viewer)

I pretty much retired from kpop this year. Hated everything I heard except DUN DUN DANCE.

But now this group I never heard of until yesterday is giving me those old kpop feels. IVE has come out of nowhere for me and is currently doing the damn thang.

And what's even more crazy is I was not an Iz*One fan AT ALL. Never saw the appeal. So that definitely has nothing to do with it. I'm not one of these people jumping on the bandwagon cause of Yujin or Wonyoung.

I'm on the bandwagon cause they released a good song with a great video and they brought amazing vocals.

And because they didn't show up acting like they could kick my ass. Girl crush needs to die.

BUT! Even with all this praise if they fuck up with their next comeback then it could be game over. I hope we don't have another Itzy on our hands. Cause I haven't been feeling Itzy since Icy.

And now that I'm thinking about it IVE is already #3 girl group in kpop. They already surpassed StayC. Next will be Itzy and finally Aespa.

Of course it was Starship who had to save girl groups. I should have known.

i dont hate it like say savage or bp songs.
The girls are all super pretty but the song is just there not something i will look up .
I didnt buy the album because its just too much to pay for 2 songs.
But a boat load of ppl did lol.

i will for sure watch tv suff with em but music wise its still up in the air.

IVE will nvr surpass aespa, drew_b.(tho if both debuted in same yr, id be torn between picking my favorite rookie of the yr. as it is aespa is my favorite rookies(of recent 2 yrs) but its close, considering IVE just debuted.
