1. Fantastic Physical sales in both countries. ~ 300k per album.
2. Digital longevity in Korea, but they just had 2 fan meetings in a sold out Nippon Budokan - Wikipedia. Concerts up coming in Korea 3 days , Thailand, Hongkong and Taiwan for a start.
3. Jline is pretty fluent in Korean Sakura said she completely understood all the variety and other activities in Korea this time(WI,IR, KB ect). Kline some are doing well in Japanese others not so much ... it would probably help if the bulk of the Japanese speakers and the j line were not all in the same room.
4. 2021 is the announced date , but we can hop for an extension.
5. I love the music from both countries. My only wish would be more upbeat titles. The elegant concept is setting them apart.

I really wish they went girl crush roate like itzy or upbeat like twice,,, id be happy with either
i cant stand what they have gone for i cant get into i check out every single comeback cause i bias chaeyeon but nope

chaeyeon doesnt suit there current theme and i think its a shame

hopefully there next comeback is more upbeast as i need it atleast once

OTR is putting them on tv like crazy I think 5 are now or have been permanent cast members.
They will likely start running kids thru masked singer.

They need a public friendly song.
IZ*one has less than a 10th of twice or bp fandom and like a third of RV /gfriend (using vlive and insta ect) they need a song for the public to get behind.
The fans have supported 3 cb's in 6 months and another is on the way for July(Japan).

OTR is doing far better than pledis at getting the kids work and having the group make money.

i think fromis is coming back soon they have hair color changes.

1. Are they doing well in Korea/Japan?
Their physical sales in both countries are extraordinary. Their digitals, on the other hand, are much better in Korea. In Japan, it kinda sucks. Well, better than your average Kpop group but nothing ground-breaking ig.
2. Where are they doing better?
Digitally, Korea. Physically, Japan. Though, only time will tell where they'll end up being the best.
3. How is the language barrier going?
It's getting better. None of the J-line members are fluent. Well, that's to be expected since it's still been less than a year since they've been in Korea. Hitomi is still the weakest from the 3 in Korean but she's improving. Nako pronunciation has gotten so good that some of the things she says almost sounds native. However, she still struggles with understanding and also vocabulary, here and there. Sakura's probably the best at understanding since she has the most schedules, I'd assume. However, she struggles with pronunciation, which is understandable.

Yep. Quite a lot ^^

I think their discography is fantastic. Heart*Iz for me is a strong contender for Album of the Year. I liked around 3 B-sides more than the title Violeta though, but it seems they're committing to the flower/elegant concept which is why they went with that title. But LVER was a much stronger title track for me.

Anyway, B-sides are fantastic, live stages and choreo are great and they are amazing to watch on varieties. The recent Knowing Bros episode was a lot of fun. And with their amazing sales already without a true hit, that one public friendly song is all they need.
