well technically she claims she's free of the ador contract
and technically I think she's right - unless ADOR gets an injunction or proves it otherwise in court...

because in life one is free to do basically whatever the F we want until someone either stops us from doing so whether physically or through the judicial system

a good example is actual C-level executive contracts of employment usually with much more stringent non-compete clauses
such an employee could terminate their contract and not show up for work and go work for their competitor and until such times as the original company decides to sue or get an injunction that employee is not forced to work for the original company

ok but when the injunction lands they can claw back the money or void the contract. Then launch tampering charges.

As always that is up to the courts to decide - there are so many factors to consider since we aren't privy to the contract or any of the behind the scenes stuff and other pertinent information might show up to swing the case one way or another
