Jihyo vs Rose - Who's Vocal Do You Like More? (3 Viewers)

[Darkyoda47]

This is not a "who's a better singer" thread. Rather, it's a thread to see who's vocal tone is more preferred by people. I'll leave a video of each below, just in case anyone hasn't heard either one before.

Jihyo

I really liked rosé's voice in pwf, now she has become too nasal. Nothing wrong with that, just not up to my liking so I'll go with jihyo.

Rose by far
I love this type of rough vocal tone

Personally, I really like Rose's tone. The way she enunciates words whilst singing is just

I like rose voice better but she has that annoying pitch when singing live, don't get me wrong, her singing is beautiful and i like her voice in bp's ballads but there is just a slight pitch when she is singing live that makes me love & hate.

For me it slightly goes to Rose, though Jihyo can be more versatile with her voice. Rose has tone that is unique to her, it's part of indie voices that are popular lately when Jihyo has more traditional style of singing. I'm drawn towards more unconventional styles myself for example one of my fav bands is Studio Killers and I don't think i have heard another artist sounding like their singer.

I'll just pick Rosé since I'm biased as hell

Jihyo is the better vocalist and she has a nice jazzy vocal tone but Rosé gives me goosebumps in particular in her Halsey cover.
