If I were forming a kpop group I would have a very small age gap, 3 maybe. Certainly have a good amount of people be the same age.

SNSD had 7 the same grade year. then 1,1. and they mostly all trained together for over 5 years.
21 a 10 year gap, but they picked a 7 year junior to lead.
Kara had a good gap there were issues there too.
fx had 8-9 with the 2 youngest being junior high kids. But most of that group was not 'pure ' raised in Korea
