Everyone needs to be good at something. Saying dumb things happens to be a Panda specialty.

I have a really hard time taking this seriously. It's some stupid kids doing stupid things. Yeah, it might have been insensitive and I am insensitive but reality is there is much bigger problems in the world. Want a real race problem, how about the Nazi's marching around causing good black men to stand at the entrances of their communities with military grade riffles in the middle of the US to keep their communities safe. THAT'S a race problem. A stupid party that mimics black themes put on by girls who are known to be fans of Rap and R&B is not the end of the world and not worthy of drama. Lets not build the gallows and get some ropes boys! The world has real problems. This isn't one of them. That being said, I love everyone here. Nothing is ever going to change that.

Just because something isn't a "big enough problem" in your eyes doesn't diminish how it ACTUALLY affects people. Just because something is not "the end of the world" doesn't mean it doesn't hurt people. It doesn’t affect you anyway since you are not of this community so I think the best thing would have been to not even have said anything in the first place but oh well.

If idiots like these continue on and on with their racist stereotypes and mockery of different cultures no one is going to bat an eye when even bigger issues occur. What is a “real problem” in your eyes? As, I assume, a white man, what place do you have telling people of color what to be offended over and what to not be offended over? I think you’re failing to actually understand what POC experience. Where does racism start? It starts with “jokes” like these. These “jokes” are just pure insensitivity dressed up in a humorous packaging. “Oh they’re just girls having fun!” Having fun being ignorant? This is racist culture. A non-racist person would not have the urge to say and do things like this. It doesn’t take a lot of brain power to keep your mouth shut and be respectful. And I also think your main problem is just completely ignoring the very real feelings of people. I know there are people on the internet who create and cause drama for no reason, cancel culture is very real. But when it comes to things like this, if we start saying that doing things like this are okay then we’re losing the line where something becomes racist. What might be insensitive today could become “funny” tomorrow because of people like you.

it's just embarassing... both the videos and seeing people attempt to defend their actions. there really is no excuse especially as public figures being promoted to international audiences. of course these celebs might not be the brightest people alive, but the "they didn't know" argument loses all credibility given that half of the group members were born in the US. they should know and do better.
