That way the market wouldn't get oversaturated AND it would force companies and fans to support these groups much longer than normal cause they won't have a choice.

And no. This does not include one boy group and one girl group every decade. So choose wisely.

No, cos then we wouldnt hv SNSD AND f(x), so id hv to fight you to the death but id cheat cos SNSD were out there first. Also no RV too, so mebbe randalthor would kill you too for thinking up this law in the first place.

You have no idea. If I was in charge I would shut down kpop entirely for about 15 years. To give everyone a break from nonstop mediocrity.

Although, a law mandating an age minimum for trainees might be good.. I mean there's a reason that many child celebrities grow up to have sex and drug problems...

Edit: But even if the boogie monster... I mean @Mr_Boogie were to implement this law, People could spend lifetimes getting familiar with past groups. I mean how many groups debut each year... It would finally lead to everyone admitting the superiority of 2nd gen.
