Good, a lot of koreans will become younger.
But honestly it is confusing and it didnt make sense. Imo , counting a child one year old when he was born

That was the less egregious part for me as when you count you don't start at 0 however the fact they still celebrated their birthdays when their age goes up at the start of the year seems like a particularly odd choice

On the bright side, they will be "2 years younger" a.k.a. their Real ages.... so........ they should be happy.

It's kind of weird how some countries are holding on when I have never met anyone who wanted it kept. Is it really so hard for them to switch? Sure there's some details that need to be decided but I can't imagine its enough to warrant this long of a wait. Especially in countries where some parts of the country don't change the clock and some do
