I'm so proud of JYP and Big Hit. They have come so far. CJEM has been on the rise for awhile. And SM is the Godfather of it all.
When it comes to YG, I've been saying that songs positions on charts is not what matters. What matters is if you have artist that investors feel are strong enough brands to invest in, YG doesn't have that apparently. Black Pink is not the phenomen that BTs is and Twice is the number one GG in Korea and Japan. Even during YG heydays it took BigBang and 2NE1 and Se7en and PSY functioning at ground breaking levels to have YG be Big 3. Unless you have BTS who were the 2nd/3rd best selling artist in the world, one trendy group that is not at the very top of the industry won't do it and this come back won't change the downfall that has been coming for years. Black Pink is sorta like KARA, the last mega group of a declining company. Even KARA's success in Japan didn't save DSP.
