but now knowing this and alot members from different units have bullied her due to this has really put me of

I have watched several of these.
Its such a cluster... they are on the verge of loosing a whole sister group and 2 top 16 members one a rising rock star. (went form 95 to 5 in a year last election was 4th behind Kura , Anana and Jurina)
the trainees at ngt are leaving.
and nothing makes any freaking sense.

horribly at the end of the day the only thing that makes any sense is they do not believe, her like at all.
But then why transfer the manager.....
Or that manager was in so deep to some mob type deal that they are compromised... but even then throw the manager under the buss back over him and save the group.
but even if that were the case aks handled it so badly

as i said none of it makes sense i can not find any rational situation where this comes together other than they have no one competent at leadership in the entire system. As you say this could very well spell the doom of AKS.

Who did they kick out from produce (aside from Rena who was in the 70's)?

Miyu, Mako, Moe and Juri all left of their own choice as far as i know..
