Tbh kpop had gotten quite boring for me too. Most of the releases have been highly disappointing and there’s some kpop songs that I don’t even love anymore. And I’ve been enjoying western pop and rock for most of this year anyways

I miss some stuff from the previous years, I feel as I like less and less as time pass.

for me, I feel like nostalgia plays a factor
also the fact that the typical "kpop sound" that got me into kpop has evolved and is less present

I haven't listened to that much k-pop in 2020 since I haven't really been listening to that much music in general, but I have found that for years of k-pop with horrible releases that releases from artists signed to agencies that aren't the big three tend to be better.. So I ask are you just listening to releases from JYP, YG, and SM?
