People should have a CHOICE to go to school if they want, but they should also have a CHOICE to NOT go to school for almost two decades of their lives. It's simple as that.

You are confusing choice with lowering standards. IF people want to be surgeons, pilots, engineers, they need to learn the knowledge and skills for those jobs. They made the choice to get into further studies. If people want to pursue things were very little academics is necessary, then schooling shouldn't be forced upon them.

Clearly the "one size fits all" education system derived from white culture is not benefiting most people who ARE NOT part of white culture. Students are forced to be in a setting where they have to go through instruction tailored to white habits, sensibilities, interests, because the system was set up by them. By having choice of schooling, rather than staying in these so called places of learning, there will be new venues for people to seek what's the best outcome for their life. Precious years wasted on something that's keeping people behind is nothing to defend. A new system of CHOICE is necessary, which means they can spend longer year in academia, tech, music, sports, creative pursuits, solo learning, hand-on learning, or no academics, anything that they want for themselves.

But your missing the point. No one is saying the system is perfect. No system is and no system ever will be. But we have a starting point and you want to throw it away simply because "it was built by white people". Which is the dumbest shit ever. The FIRST education system to use the model we use NOW was Muslim colleges from the Arab peninsula and Africa. And every student, no matter how difficult it is needs the basics. Reading, writing, math, science, health, history, geography, etc. If you don't have those your one of the dumb asses that Jay Leno used to go find and make look stupid. There's entire, very successful, YouTube channels that do nothing but find those people and show them for the stupidity they possess. Education is only as successful, interesting and fun as YOU make it. Take some responsibility. The only thing your advocating is throwing what we have away and crying. Stop using a fake narrative of history to cry about something you don't like. And all those choices do exist, your just not willing to work for them. Stop blaming others for your failure.
