When people interrupt when you're trying to speak and... when people do something annoying and apologize but proceed to keep doing it.

Drivers who do not signal when making turns in intersections so I sometimes have to become an instant traffic cop and guide them to go first.
Sometimes I get really upset and yell at the dumb-asses, too.

People who walk in my path on a wide sidewalks, which clearly has ample space for them to move away from me and walk in their own path, yet, they want to cram into my personal space.
Especially since the popularity of smartphones, people just glue their eyes to the screen and not care where they're going which makes me so livid.
