The members filing for an injuction is more so why BBC is pushing this out because until the injuction goes through the girls are still bound to their contracts and they can't refuse to participate otherwise then they are breaking their contracts and that could make things difficult for them in trying to get the injuction accepted so it's a very sly move that it appears the girls learnt about a comeback as soon as we did.
