What is the meanest prank you've done to someone?

Probably the most wicked prank I've done was to put superglue on someone eyelashes while sleeping

deleted my grandma's favourite TV channel from her TV and then didn't know how to get it back... but then it somehow returned on its own which was even weirder

I did pranks when I was a kid. I stopped and now I don't even remember any of them.

I didn’t think this was mean but a few years ago at a church campout thing we had a prank war going on between the guys and girls. We had ran out of ideas and our pastors wife gave us an idea Putting a mixture of salt and a small amount of chili powder in their sleeping bags… They ended up finding out about it before night time because we didn’t want it to irritate their skin but they still slept in their sleeping bags without dusting any of it out and got upset with us over it. You had the opportunity to get rid of it don’t blame us lol
