how to i stand up for myself at work they're literally just using me
i cant take it anymore

no how do i quit my job seriously some one help me. my anxiety into leaving and trying to find a new job is hindering me from doing so ive been stuck in this loop for year im about to have a breakdown right now

i cant physically or mentally do anything during this time because im so exhausted from work "part time" ?????????? in what world

its work sleep work work work for fucking what because they're lazy and push everything on me because im too weak to speak up against it and just take it

how do i get the balls to drop everything and never show up and waste a day of my life in that hell hole again

im so useless in everything either i quit my job or quit life because i cant do anything anyway lest i be subjected to whatever THIS is for the rest of my life because i cant back out im so stupid literally mentally dead dumb and a waste of space

it's such an ugly and ragged feeling, self-comparison. why can't I be like others? I hate myself for not being okay. for finding it hard to stay. I want to disappear. I'm indifferent to my own pain, I always brush it off and say that I'll be fine. takes effort. I've been strong for so long.

I feel so empty. I guess it's finally all caught up to me now. I'm a little too self-aware maybe that's why my anger is such a self-destructive form of defense, because it eats me up. I've tried so hard not to internalize any of it. maybe I'm not mad at anyone at all and only mad at myself.

everytime I try to talk to someone about it, the words get stuck and I don't know how to approach it. I don't know how to open up, maybe because I find it so hard to allow myself to be vulnerable and my bad trust issues play a partial role. I never feel safe enough.
