I would never want to hurt people i truly love and have a bond with. and whenever i feel like i did hurt them unintentionally, i get so scared. because i was alone at my worst and it is scary to even imagine of that scenario again. it gives me so much anxiety, i just start crying its crazy. but its what happens to me, because of the conditions i was brought up in. but i just want them to know, that i would defend them at every chance and would never want to consciously hurt them.

you can go from feeling very happy to feeling extremely anxious in a matter of minutes. and it sucks.
