—“I was fired while I was organizing a surprise fan meeting for Korean fans. My vice representatives were also removed from their jobs and blocked overnight. Work on our next album has also been suspended. It's too bad. This is another example of HYBE’s sabotage of NewJeans."

HYBE blames Min Heejin’s negligence for the suspension of NewJeans activies: — “The suspension of fan meeting and album production is not because of HYBE, but rather Min's negligence and delay in making decisions. The surprise Korean fanmeeting and the interruption of album production were not due to Min’s resignation as CEO and the exclusion of the Vice President from work. ADOR was considering the Seoul World Cup Stadium as the venue for the Korean fan meeting, but the rental was rejected due to turf issues. The new leadership gathered work-level opinions to find alternatives and discuss new albums, requested several meetings with Min and communicated via email, etc., but Director Min was slow to respond amd suddenly took a long-term vacation. Due to Min’s negligence and delay in making decisions, many things for the fans were disrupted.”
