I think there are still ranks and classes and there are probably rules on who gets to travel off-world and such, but I'm not sure. But the bottom line is that no one is in poverty or hungry and they were able to achieve it without having to take away free will. A lot of problems have been solved but not everything such as environmental problems, crimes, conflicts, death, and disease (though their healthcare is probably a lot better than our current ones).
