I have found that half a lemon juiced and added to a glass of water is oddly refreshing..

just something I remembered. When I was 14 I attended this six week nutrition seminar and one of the facts that they told us that was horrifying was that if you stop drinking soda (e.g., Mountain Dew, Coke, etc.) you will have spared yourself from gaining a minimum of 10 pounds...

I actually don't drink soda much unless its provided at parties for free, I had it for the first time in a while on saturday
