My ADHD is so bad today (1 Viewer)

I'm so fucking hyper that I keep bouncing from reading
to chatting
to moving around and changing my position
to spacing out
to giggling like crazy and then trying to read again.

And then when talking with people face to face I can't focus at all
and it's like static in my head.
And bottom line-I'm a struggle

It's a lot more than that-not just this but it can be a symptom.
