First the photo.
I still can't believe evidence exists I've been in contact with an angel.
Now the story and proof what a spaz I am. To start off I bought a VIP "meet and greet ticket", a group Polaroid and also a 1 on 1 photo with Hayoung. Best money I've ever spent in my entire life.
When giving everyone instructions for the group and 1 on 1 photo they made one thing very clear, NO TOUCHING! Which I completely agree with and think is best for everyone. The meet and greet was crazy fast to the point I think it isn't fair to the fans but I also realize the group must be exhausted so I can let it slide. The group photo consisted the group standing behind 10 chairs. Groups of ten came in sat down and photo's were taken. It went really well and was pretty fast. The problem came when went in for my one and one photo with Hayoung. To start off I had a plan to get noticed
. Which instantly backfired.... I wore a cute shirt with a kitten popping out of a pocket. Hayoung is all about cats! She noticed immediately as I walked up! And in her limited English pointed and said it was cute! Which instantly short circuited my brain cuz I never thought my plan would actually work. I stood next to her and she put her hand up in the common kpop hand heart expecting me to match it. Well... I'm an idiot and
never actually done a hand heart before.
I just kind of stuck my hand up and it was all wrong. Also our shoulders were touching which didn't help because I didn't want to get in trouble or gross her out. So I tried to correct my fingers but it wasn't working... so the last thing I would have ever expected to happen in the entire time line of the universe happened. She grabbed my hand and started to pry my fingers in to position. But unfortunately for her I'm really strong because of my job but was also really tense from being nervous. When she couldn't do it with one hand she tried both of her hands. Finally she told the translator I was really tense, so the translator said she needs you to relax. I relaxed as much as I was able considering Song Hayoung was physically prying my fingers in to a hand heart position. The only reason I was able to complete the heart and get a good photo was because Hayoung physically forced my fingers in to the correct position. I wonder if later she'll talk about the idiot fan who couldn't make a heart.
I wouldn't have had it go any other way.
I guess I'll practice my finger hearts for next year.
I'll post some video's and more thoughts later. I love you guys, and Kpop so much. It's been such an amazing night.
