My relatives lost their luggage while traveling here on a flight (1 Viewer)

I know luggage often gets lost but I didnt expect it to happen to them they will be getting it tomorrow though so its fine

Happened to my mom a and brother too, they had to change their flight time and the information for the second flight got mixed up. They got it sorted to the extent that they arrived in Russia but because the luggage didnt have the correct info it didn't arrive. They got it the next though (conveniently while picking me up, since they arrived a day before me). They did also lose their luggage when we moved to the US and no stores or anything like that were open either which must have sucked.
