Use bitter, horrible tasting lip balm. That’s what’s used to get ppl to stop licking their lips/around their lips. I don’t know where you can get it tho

i can't do that my lips are so conditioned to only using one lip balm the rest is immediately rejected

it's a habit and thus it's going to be hard to break unless you get rid of the underlying causes which is almost next to impossible given the causes you mentioned are very common and the fact that I'm assuming you are doing it subconsciously as oppose to conscious behaviour

that's me but with picking my lips and I do it when iḿ stressed 😭but I've found lip plumper helps because of the burning!
