My foot and leg are so swollen i can only hobble with great pain. Cant sleep for more than 30-40 min at a time.

best guess is i ate half a ham sandwich sat and sun. It was the wrong kind of ham(didn't know there was a bad type since i ate a bunch of a whole ham i bought around thanksgiving.) That triggered gout and the crazy swelling in some of my joints. not fun...
no more ham sandwiches i guess...

Damn, that sandwich really brought the hammer down...and the ham really didnt cure anything
